Indigenously developed Electro Mechanical Horizontal Reciprocators for Mirror Coating/ Silvering Line have been supplied. The float glass is fed on the conveyor at one end, which further undergoes various operations.
The Horizontal Reciprocators are used for spraying material uniformly on the float glass at each station for operations such as Prewashing, Sensitizing, Silvering, Coppering and Painting. The system is suitable for Coating Mirrors of various sizes up to 2.4 m. width & 3 m. length.
Mirror Brushing System
The system has 8 nos. Spindles on which brushes are mounted for online polishing of the mirror. The brushes are rotated by chain drive through geared motor at 200 rpm. The entire equipment is 3 m. long & is placed on conveyor on which mirror is passing. The equipment is also continuously reciprocated by pneumatic cylinder for 150 mm stroke length to provide rotary & linear movement of brushes simultaneously to ensure 100% brushing of mirror surface.
Offline Glass Cutting Machine
The Glass Cutting Machine is used for offline cutting of glasses in various shapes and sizes. The machine comprises of glass loading table, a set of fixed diamond cutters and a set of movable diamond cutters. The pitch distance between the diamond cutters defines the shape and size of the glass pieces. The glass sheet is located on the table, which is further clamped in position with the help of vacuum cups. The table is then moved along the X- Axis where the set of fixed cutters cut the glass sheet.
The table is then locked in that position and the movable cutters are moved along the Y- Axis producing the cut in perpendicular direction. No skill is required to set the cut.

Table is guided over truly ground shafts
by linear bearings.
The spring loaded diamond cutters can be easily clamped on the tool holder, which can be smoothly slided on cross bars.
The glass & the movable cutters are both moved by chain and sprocket wheel arrangement through hand wheel. They can be motorized also.
Profiles of various shapes can be obtained by interpolation of two axes. This is possible only in case of motorized version
